    Professional Associations: Fulton County Bar Association (2001-present, President, 2011-present), Indiana State Bar Association (2001-present); Indiana Municipal Lawyers Association, Christian Legal Society, and the Electric Cooperative Bar Association. He is also a Fellow of the Indiana Bar Foundation.


    Perkins practices municipal law, civil litigation, appellate law, probate administration and estate planning. Perkins is also a registered mediator.


    Perkins has served on various local boards, including the Fulton County Community Foundation, the Fulton County Chamber of Commerce (President, 2023), the Fulton County Leadership Academy, the Fulton County Council on Aging, and the Fulton County United Way, where he previously served as President. Perkins is a member and a past President of the Rochester Kiwanis Club. He is also a member of the Peru Grace Brethren Church.


    Perkins has served as an adjunct professor in Ivy Tech's Paralegal Studies Program, and has presented and spoken on legal topics of Probate and Estate Planning, Appellate Law, Human Resources, and the future of on-line assets in one's Digital Estate.

    Adley was born and raised in Rochester, Indiana and is a graduate of Rochester High School. She attended Ball State University where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and Food Management. Adley then earned her Juris Doctor from Charleston School of Law.

     

    Adley became Partner in 2022. She practices family law, civil litigation, probate administration, estate planning, business creation, and real estate.

     

    She is general counsel for Rochester and Caston School Corporations. Adley also serves on various boards including Rochester Optimist Club, Geneva Center, and Fulton County United Way where she is currently President.

     

    Professional Associations: Fulton County Bar Association (2019-Present) and Indiana State Bar Association (2019-Present).


Ted A Waggoner, Retired

Admitted to Indiana Bar in 1978. Admitted to practice before US Supreme Court, US Court of Appeals, Seventh Circuit, US District Court, Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana. Graduated from Indiana State University (B.S. 1975) and from Indiana University School of Law at Bloomington (J.D. 1978). Ted retired from the practice of law on August 31, 2023.

    Legal Seminar Presentations: Waggoner has been an active presenter for lawyers Continuing Legal Educational seminars, having lectured at the Solo and Small Firm Conference on topics such as: Fundamentals of Successful Solo and Small Firm Practice (Bloomington 2006);Tough Moments with Clients (Indianapolis 2007);Selling Your Client's Business (Fort Wayne 2008); Health Law Symposium, Sales of Distressed Real Estate Administration, Hiring and Training New Law Firm Personnel, Estates (2012); Business Law and Ethics (Pending, 2013); ALI CLE, preparing for the Expected or Unexpected: Ethically closing a Law Office (2023.)


    Public Seminar Presentations: Waggoner has also presented public sessions on Estate and Succession Planning for Ivy Tech State College, and presented to the Ag Series Classes again in 2009 on Estate Planning with Trusts. He has presented various topics to service clubs, church organizations on the topic of "Legal Concerns for Pastors and Congregations" and on the topic of "Healthy Boundaries for Clergy" sessions I and II. Waggoner provided a 2006 employers seminar on the Federal Department of Labor's new Overtime Rules for Employees. Waggoner spoke to the first Agriculture Class offered by IVY TECH College in its Agriculture Series, at the Peru Campus on January 29, 2008.  The topic was "Estate and Succession Planning for Farm Families."  Waggoner has presented to the Ivy Tech Agriculture Class on legal issues each year. Hanna M. Dalrymple

Hanna joined the firm in 2018 as a legal assistant to T. Andrew Perkins. She is now a paralegal for Andy Perkins and Lauren Adley and manages their municipal and family law matters. 


Hanna graduated from Tippecanoe Valley High School in 2015 and went on to graduate from Indiana University-Purdue University in Fort Wayne with a degree in Criminal Justice. She has been a part of many organizations such as Fulton County Youth Leadership Academy (graduating class of 2015) and is an active member on the Fulton County United Way board of directors.


She has been married to her husband, Preston, since 2020. She enjoys riding her horse, endless games of Frisbee with her dog, spending time on her family farm, and getting together with her family and friends.



Kimberley L. Hunter

Kim joined the firm in 1997 as Ted A. Waggoner’s legal assistant and has branched out to assist Mr. Perkins and Mrs. Adley with their practices as well.  She has been married to Jeff Hunter since 1989 and they have two children. She most recently added grandmother to her other titles.  Kim serves on the United Way Board and is currently the board’s secretary after stepping down as President. In her spare time she likes to read, attend Chicago Cub games, travel, and play with her dog Rizzo. 

Karin Fowler — Rochester, IN — Peterson & Waggoner

Karin Fowler

Karin has been employed by Peterson Waggoner & Perkins, LLP since 1991 and is their Office Manager. She maintains the structured general practice law office, overseeing all functions of the office and its staff. She is an affiliate member of the Indiana State Bar Association as a Legal Administrator. Karin received the ISBA Affiliate Member of the Year award in 2018. She is a graduate of Rochester High School, International Business College with an Associate Degree in Accounting. She is a 1997 graduate of the Fulton County Leadership Academy and a current member of its Board of Directors. 


She serves as a member of the advisory council for the Rochester Branch of Beacon Credit Union and the advisory council Fulton County Purdue Extension Office. Karin has been a member Indiana Extensions Homemakers since 1999 and has experienced many leadership roles in the state, the district and in her local club. 


Karin is a native of Rochester and has been married to Chuck since 1984. She enjoys gardening, cooking, collecting recipe books, spending time with her family and three granddaughters.
